Where are my orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from China. While a majority of orders are shipped from their warehouse in Auckland, in some instances your order may be shipped from one of their stores if stock is not available in the warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Australia estimated delivery: 2–10 working days
Do you ship to other countries?
At this time, no.
Are all parcels tracked?
Yes. All parcels shipped are tracked. They ask you not to share your tracking number with others, and note they are not liable for unauthorized changes made to your parcel.

Do you offer Saturday or Same Day delivery?
No. They do not offer Saturday or same-day delivery.
Why might you ship from your stores?
They may ship from one of their stores (instead of the Auckland warehouse) to provide the largest range of products possible when items aren’t available in the warehouse.
Do I have to show my ID to receive my parcel?
They recommend having your ID available because parcels are shipped with an age-restricted label and ID may be required on-demand.
Do you ship tobacco products to Australia?
No. They state that due to new regulations by Australian Customs and DHL AU, they are not shipping any tobacco products (examples given: Heets or shisha flavours) until further notice. They also state that even if you have a tobacco permit, they are still unable to ship these products to you.
